Our aim is to provide clear information about vehicle prices, reservation fees, finance arrangements and any applicable charges before you make a commitment.

Please note: Finance is subject to the relevant finance provider’s eligibility criteria, affordability checks, approval and terms. Submitting an enquiry or reserving a vehicle does not guarantee finance approval.

Your Payment Options

Hire Purchase (HP)

Hire Purchase allows you to spread the cost of a vehicle through an agreed deposit, where applicable, followed by regular payments over an agreed period.

Before entering into an agreement, you should receive details of the deposit, interest rate, monthly payments, agreement term, applicable fees and total amount payable.

Ownership generally transfers to you after all required payments and any applicable final fee have been paid, in accordance with your agreement.

Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)

Personal Contract Purchase is a finance option that typically combines an initial deposit with monthly payments and an optional final payment if you wish to own the vehicle at the end of the agreement.

Depending on your agreement, you may be able to:

• Pay the optional final payment and keep the vehicle.

• Return the vehicle, subject to the agreement’s conditions.

• Arrange a part-exchange towards another vehicle, where accepted.

Mileage limits, vehicle condition requirements and other conditions may apply. Always review the agreement carefully before signing.

Paying in Full

If you prefer not to use vehicle finance, you can discuss purchasing the vehicle outright.

The vehicle’s purchase price and any applicable additional charges will be confirmed before you complete the transaction.

Finance Arranged Independently

If you have arranged finance through your bank or another provider, please contact our team to discuss the vehicle you wish to purchase and the arrangements for completing the sale.

How to Buy a Vehicle

Step 1: Choose your vehicle

Browse our available vehicles and review the advertised price, mileage, specifications, condition and other relevant details.

Step 2: Contact our team

Tell us which vehicle you are interested in and whether you intend to pay in full or explore finance options.

Step 3: Confirm availability and payment arrangements

We will explain the next steps and help you understand the available purchasing arrangements. Please confirm that the vehicle is available before making a reservation payment.

Step 4: Reserve the vehicle if needed

If you need time to arrange a viewing or prepare for your purchase, you may choose an available reservation option. Reservation fees and conditions are explained on our Book a Reservation page.

Step 5: Review your costs

Before making a payment, check the vehicle price, reservation fee, applicable charges and any finance terms relevant to your purchase.

Step 6: Complete your purchase

Once the necessary arrangements have been confirmed, we will explain the remaining payment, paperwork, collection or delivery arrangements.

Vehicle Reservations and Fees

A reservation allows you to hold an available vehicle for an agreed period while you arrange your next steps. It is not the same as purchasing the vehicle and does not constitute finance approval.

Our advertised reservation options are:

• 48 hour reservation: £199

• Seven day reservation: £350

Before payment, we will explain the reservation period, the applicable fee, cancellation procedure and refund conditions.

The reservation fee is separate from the vehicle purchase price unless your written reservation confirmation expressly states that it will be credited towards the purchase.

Reservation Cancellations and Refunds

We want you to understand your options before paying a reservation fee.

You may request cancellation of your reservation and a refund in accordance with the reservation terms provided before payment and any rights available under applicable consumer law.

If we accept your reservation but cannot supply the reserved vehicle, we will arrange a refund in accordance with the applicable terms and law.

Where a refund is due, we will explain the amount and processing procedure. Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method where possible.

• Interest rates, deposits, monthly payments and agreement terms depend on the finance provider and your circumstances.

• A vehicle reservation does not guarantee finance approval.

Does reserving a vehicle guarantee that my finance will be approved?

No. A reservation holds a vehicle under the agreed reservation terms. Finance approval is a separate process.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can contact our team to request cancellation. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the terms provided before payment and applicable consumer law.

Will my reservation fee be deducted from the vehicle price?

The fee will only be credited towards the vehicle price if this is expressly stated in your written reservation confirmation. Please check this before paying.

Can I view a vehicle before purchasing it?
