At Cheap Used Cars For Sale UK, we want customers to understand their cancellation and refund options before making a payment.

This policy explains how to contact us about reservation cancellations, vehicle purchase cancellations, returns and payment issues.

Your legal rights are not replaced or restricted by this policy.

Reservation Cancellations

Our advertised reservation options are:

• 48-hour reservation: £199.

• Seven-day reservation: £350.

A reservation temporarily holds a vehicle for the agreed period. It is separate from the completed purchase of a vehicle and from any finance agreement.

If you wish to cancel a reservation, contact us using the details below and provide your reservation reference.

We will review your request in accordance with the reservation terms provided before payment and applicable consumer law.

If We Cannot Supply the Reserved Vehicle

If we have accepted your reservation but cannot supply the vehicle, we will explain the situation and arrange any refund due under the agreed terms and applicable law.

We will contact you about the next steps and any available alternatives.

Vehicle Purchase Cancellations

Cancellation rights for a vehicle purchase depend on the circumstances of the sale, including whether the contract was made online, at our premises or through another method.

If you purchased a vehicle remotely, contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. We will explain the applicable cancellation procedure and any relevant statutory rights.

Some situations have different legal requirements. Please contact us before arranging a return so that we can explain the appropriate process.

Vehicle Returns and Vehicle Problems

If you believe a vehicle is faulty, is not as described or does not meet the applicable legal requirements, contact us as soon as possible.

Please explain the problem and provide your order details and any relevant photographs or supporting information.

We will review the circumstances and explain the available next steps in accordance with your legal rights.

Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged the wrong amount or charged more than once, contact us with your transaction reference and the date of payment.

We will investigate and arrange correction of any confirmed overpayment.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is due, we will explain the amount, the method of payment and the expected processing procedure.

Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider.

Any legally required refund deadlines will be observed.

Finance Agreements

A vehicle reservation, vehicle purchase and finance agreement are separate matters.

If you have entered into a finance agreement and wish to cancel it, contact the finance provider directly and follow the cancellation procedure applicable to that agreement. You may also contact us about the vehicle purchase.

Cancelling one arrangement does not necessarily cancel the others automatically.
