Vehicle Prices and Charges
The advertised vehicle price and any applicable charges will be explained before the purchase is completed.
Any delivery charge, optional service, reservation fee or other applicable cost must be communicated clearly before you agree to pay it.

Vehicle Reservations
We offer the following advertised reservation options, subject to availability:

Seven-day reservation: £350.
A reservation temporarily holds a vehicle for the agreed period. It is not the purchase of the vehicle and does not guarantee finance approval.
The reservation confirmation will state the applicable fee, holding period, start and expiry times, and cancellation and refund conditions.
The reservation fee is separate from the vehicle purchase price unless the written confirmation expressly states otherwise.

Reservation Cancellations and Refunds
You may contact us to request cancellation of a reservation.
Cancellation requests and refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms provided before payment and applicable consumer law.
If we cannot supply a vehicle for which we have accepted a reservation, we will handle the refund in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
Where a refund is due, we will explain the amount and processing procedure.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payments
Payments must be made through the payment methods made available for the relevant transaction.
Before confirming an order or reservation, review the selected vehicle, applicable fee and total amount payable.
Keep your payment receipt and order or reservation confirmation for your records.
If you believe a payment is incorrect or duplicated, contact us with your transaction reference so we can investigate.
Finance
Any finance information provided on our website is for general guidance unless expressly stated otherwise.
Finance availability, eligibility, interest rates, deposits, monthly payments and agreement terms depend on the relevant finance provider and the customer’s circumstances.
A reservation does not guarantee finance approval. The dealership is not the lender unless expressly stated and legally authorised to act in that capacity.
Customers should review the applicable finance agreement and regulatory disclosures before signing.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery availability, costs, estimated dates and collection arrangements will be confirmed for the relevant vehicle before the purchase is completed.
Estimated delivery times are subject to the arrangements agreed with you and any circumstances affecting delivery.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
Cancellations, Returns and Consumer Rights
Cancellation rights depend on the type of transaction, how the contract was made and the applicable law.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will provide the relevant information and cancellation procedure.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove your rights under applicable consumer legislation, including rights relating to goods that are not as described or are not of satisfactory quality.
